When a home is priced well it can sell quickly and sometimes have multiple offers. That is why it’s important to have the tools to compete with other buyers.

First, learn about new listings early. If you are aware of the new listings immediately, you can move quickly to make an offer and possibly get a deal. You could check third-party websites daily and still not get the most accurate information about new listings.
